“1/5 Stars – Terrible Experience with AgentFire. Save Your Money. I paid AgentFire thousands of dollars to build a website for my real estate business. It took them five full months to deliver, and even then it wasn’t a truly custom site. To add insult to injury, they charged me $200 per month for every month they were “building” it, claiming it was for overhead and hosting. Once the site finally went live, I launched Google PPC ads only to find my ads weren’t showing properly and I was being charged up to $50 per click because of the site’s terrible performance. The website is extremely slow. They host it themselves instead of using a reliable service like AWS or Rackspace, and they overloaded it with too many features and images without any lazy loading. When I called to address these issues, they couldn’t answer basic questions or fix anything. Their support is awful — no one answers the phone, and it routinely takes 48 to 72 hours just to speak with someone. Even simple fixes, like correcting the generic and poorly written meta descriptions they created, required going through a “success manager” and then the web builder, and they wanted to charge me an additional $250 to do it. As if that wasn’t enough, I later found out the designer working on my project had quit halfway through — and no one bothered to tell me. Bottom line: This was one of the worst business decisions I’ve made. Overpriced, slow delivery, poor performance, and terrible support. Do yourself a favor and keep your money. There are much better options out there.”
